The Shepherd's Guide serving the Greater Calgary area has been published since 1989.  Tan and Dai joined the Calgary Shepherd's Guide in 2007  It is the privilege of Tan and Dai Ngo to join The Shepherd's Guide team as we prepare the 2019 edition.

We have been living and doing ministry work in Calgary for over 30 years. Currently, we are pastoring for the Vietnamese Community.

Tan Viet Ngo serves as senior pastor of Vietnamese Community Church, Calgary, Alberta, Canada (2002 – present).  He also serves as vice president and professor of The Vietnamese Baptist Theological School.  He received Bachelor of Art in Christian Education (BA) in Taylor University, his Master of Religious Education (MRE) in Trinity Western University, Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in McMaster University, and Doctor of Education (Ed. Min) in Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  

Tan involved in teaching and writing ministries.  He is author of “Purpose-Driven Spiritual Life”, “The Deeper Life”, The Messages of Revival”, “Dating & Marriage”, “52 Spiritual Revival Sermons”, and “52 Revival Prayer Sermons”, The Victorious Life in God, Attitudes Of Christians.  He is married to Lan Đài in 1995, and they have one son Aaron and one daughter Amanda.
