Tasher is a believer, author, entrepreneur, and business owner. He is a husband and a father. It is this last part that brought him to The Shepherd’s Guide.

When he and his wife were expecting their third child, he dropped her off at the doctor’s for a check-up. This was a new doctor, her old one having retired. On the way home, Tasher listened in horror as Jennifer relayed how it had gone. Despite the obvious discomfort on her face and even some interruptions and protestations, the doctor had spent the majority of the session talking about all the reason and options for aborting the baby if we wanted to. That experience led them to wonder whether there was a directory of Christian businesses that other Christians could access. Knowing that you are taking your business to and dealing with people who share your values would be such blessing, lifting an incredible burden and helping people avoid situations like we had. Tasher was well on his way to figuring out how to gather that information when he came across The Shepherd’s Guide. He immediately got in touch with Terry and got started on this journey.

Today, Tasher lives with his family in Central Alberta.
