Ray and Elaine Baillie have served as Lead Pastors at New Destiny Church for 19 years. Their passion for worship, prayer, the ministry of the Word and personal ministry for growth and personal breakthrough are markers of their ministry style and focus. Elaine was formerly full-time Chaplain at Fort Saskatchewan Christian School. As a result of her work there with children she has been writing 'Pray Kids' curriculum as spiritual development tools for schools, families, and Churches everywhere. She serves as Co-Pastor in the ministry of New Destiny. She works extensively with children in developing their personal and spiritual gifts, in knowing God, hearing God, and prayer. Ray also serves on the executive of the Edmonton Area Ministerial Association, and has traveled on short term missions to India, Taiwan, Thailand, Mexico, Rwanda, Kenya, Malawi and Mozambique in Africa. Ray's hobbies include back country hiking/camping, and hunting upland game birds with bird dog Charlie. They have 3 married adult children, 4 grandsons and 1 outrageously cute granddaughter.
