OUR MISSION

Spur Ottawa strives to tell the story of the broader Body of Christ in the Ottawa region.

Our goal is to promote unity and foster collaboration by telling stories that will “spur believers on” to exalt Christ and pursue His kingdom together. God is at work in our city! By sharing the stories of what He is doing and how His people are serving, we hope to encourage the Body, help connect like-minded individuals, and advance the work of the gospel.

Our prayer is that Spur Ottawa will be an outlet to help you fulfill the words of Hebrews 10:24, “Let us consider how to spur one another on to love and to good works.”

 ABOUT OUR MINISTRIES

There are a number of ways you can help Spur Ottawa keep growing in it’s impact.

1. Sponsor us. Would you consider being an official backer? We are looking for 10 churches, organizations, or businesses who will contribute $500 a year and be listed on our sponsors webpage. Contact Richard Long to be part of this group.
2. Advertise with us. Spur Ottawa now provides a limited amount of advertising on our official website. Inquire about monthly rates and readership statistics.
3. Partner with us. You can make a one-time donation to show your encouragement to Craig Macartney and his team through Canada Helps.
4. Share the great news. One of the best things you can do for us is “like” or share our posts on Facebook and Twitter and forward our stories to your friends. We want to grow our subscribers list and reach even more people in our city.
