SERVICES
Hans will reside in your house for as long as you are away, providing a continuous watch on your most prized and valuable possession. This includes:
- taking in all mail, flyers, and newspapers
- putting out and taking in garbage bins on garbage day, whether full or empty
- turning lights on and off as needed
- watering gardens and looking after them as needed
- removing snow
- watering indoor plants
- moving vehicles in/out of garage or on/off the driveway regularly
- keeping a watchful eye on the interior, including sump pumps
Should something go wrong, you will have backup from trusted and professional handymen, locksmiths, plumbers, and fire/smoke/water damage experts.
