We are looking for an experienced Installation Subcontractor to join our Installation team, ensuring contracted cabinet installation projects are completed on time, to specification, and in alignment with our high-quality standards, safety protocols, and builder requirements. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, can communicate well with homeowners and site teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What you’ll do:

Install cabinetry according to specs, building codes, and safety standards

– Review site requirements, measure accurately, and adjust as needed for a perfect fit

– Maintain clean, safe job sites and complete required reports and hazard assessments

– Communicate professionally with site teams, homeowners, and the installation department

– Ensure every installation meets Gem Cabinets’ high-quality standards
