The Human Resources Director will function in a way that encourages Christian faith and living among the students and staff of Dakar Academy. The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. The HR Director will also oversee staff operations, business planning, and budget development of HR programs. The HR Director will serve on various Admin/management teams.

Facilitating/overseeing the recruitment of staff
Developing and Managing Talent
Managing Employer-Employee Relationships
Maintaining Legal Compliance
Oversee staff data
Development of HR operational budget and ensuring compliance
Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s Degree Preferred
3 year minimum of Administrative experience
Possess good interpersonal skills
Experience and training in cross-cultural transition is preferred
Agree to abide by decisions of the Board and administration of Dakar Academy
