Patrick has been licensed FULL TIME in Real Estate since 1986! During his career, he has received many awards including “Hall of Fame”, “Platinum“, “Chairman’s”, “Titan“, ”Lifetime Achievement“ (which has ranked him within the top 1% of all REALTORS® in the GTA) and most recently, the prestigious ”Circle of Legends" award.
Patrick regularly attends seminars and courses to educate himself with the “cutting edge” tools to better serve his clients!

Areas of Specialization
After selling Real Estate for many years, I have acquired a client list that spreads across the city! Therefore it is difficult to specialize in just one geographic neighbourhood. However, the majority of my business is in Central and East Toronto.
Special Interests/Hobbies
I love golf, football, family time and playing board games (especially Monopoly….they call me “the Monopoly King”). I’m also very active in my church, organizing and leading special events within my age group and among my peers!
