Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Meet with potential and existing clients in person
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare quotes and follow up with prospects
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Qualifications
• Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred)
• Proven track record in outside sales or business development
• Strong negotiation, planning, and consultative sales skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently
• Comfortable with travel and face-to-face client meetings
