Come for a fun night of worship, fellowship, and warm bread! Learn how to make bread in 1 hour, start to finish, hot out of the oven. We will be using a commercial yeast for this easy recipe and cover shaping a dinner roll, Kaiser shaped roll, and braided loaf.

Next, for those who want to learn how to make a simple loaf of sourdough bread, we encourage you to stay until the end to dive into this basic beginner’s technique. No starter discard. No stretch and folding of the dough. Just single rise. We will make a sourdough starter that will be active before the end of the class and go over how to keep it long-term. Using this one simple technique, we will cover baguette-shape, round loaf, and pizza crust.

We will also talk about methods of storing bread and the many uses of stale bread.

In this Trinity-inspired bread class, we will focus on God’s great kindness and love for his Children (yes us) while touching on how we talk to Him, because we all have a unique story of salvation.
